You are always in mind with Fenix's future plans. Ira Lifland, Founder and Managing Director of Fenix Research Group, has the foresight to realize that a company that does not grow... is a failing company. Growing up within the family that established Marsh Industries, the dominant domestic manufacturer and distributor of superior quality gourmet cookware, the foundation for exceptional quality product production was established. As an adult, he became Partner and Executive Vice President of Marsh Industries, where he was directly responsible for all aspects of production, domestic and international marketing, internal operations, inventory forecasting and warehousing as well as logistics. His unmatched aptitude for understanding his marketplace and target market enabled him to increase the company's annual sales from $400,000 dollars to over $10 million dollars over a twelve year period. Within that same time frame, the Marsh Industries work force increased from 20 to over 300 employees.
Overcoming any obstacles by using that same knowledge, drive and ambition, Ira Lifland has created and established Fenix as the premier domestic producer of porcelain bowls, feeders and crocks for pets.
Under Ira's guidance, Fenix has increased it's computerized warehouse/distribution facility and production capability as well as increasing the demand for more products in different styles, designs and complimentary products. This expansion has resulted in the employment of more administrative, professional and industrial personnel.
